About Chelsea Woodworth
Chelsea Woodworth is a Legal Paraprofessional (LP) licensed to practice Family Law and Limited Jurisdiction Civil Law.
She was among the first ten individuals in Arizona to earn a Legal Paraprofessional license. She was also the first person in Arizona to obtain a dual LP license, and she was the first LP licensed in civil law.
Chelsea was one of the first two LPs to be appointed to the Board of Nonlawyer Legal Service Providers in 2022, which oversees certification/licensing and regulations regarding Arizona Legal Document Preparers and Legal Paraprofessionals.
Prior to working in law, Chelsea worked as a crime victim advocate, an undercover private investigator, and she analyzed behaviors and provided threat assessments for the Department of Homeland Security.
Chelsea's past experiences drive her to take a more investigative approach to law and provide her with an ability to easily navigate sensitive and high-stakes matters.
While Chelsea's LP license is limited to family law and limited jurisdiction civil matters, Chelsea brings more than a decade of family law and civil litigation experience, including extensive work in personal injury law. She provides contract-based litigation and case management support exclusively to attorneys and law firms, with a primary focus on personal injury and family law matters.
Chelsea is known for her proactive, investigative approach to personal injury cases. She regularly looks beyond the obvious to identify any additional insurance coverage, liability theories, and recovery opportunities. She considers herself a practical “coverage treasure hunter” focused on increasing case value and improving efficiency.
In family law matters, Chelsea emphasizes efficient case management, thorough preparation, and practical resolution, while striving to keep cases as low-conflict as possible and fully trial-ready when litigation is required.
